Have you ever watched Napoleon Dynamite? Well we have--only about 10,000 times!!--and my kidlets like to imitate Napoleon and his brother Kip...you know...the part where Napoleon pulls Kip into town on his bike (Kip is on his roller blades)? My kidlets have their own version of silliness, and it involves Eric, on his bike, pulling Katie, on her old three wheeler, around the neighborhood.
Oh look...here they come now!!! The little toy that Katie is riding actually started out as Eric's, about nine years ago. I cannot believe that it still works! Hey kids...where are you going???
They have this routine down to a "T." It's kind of hard to see, but there is a long, purple, jump rope, that is tied to both bikes, thus connecting my kidlets in their goofy parody.
Just because he is older--and weighs about twice as much as Katie!!--doesn't mean that Eric has to always be the puller. As you can see, he makes...I mean asks..his sister to please try and pull him around too. She didn't get very far, but she gave it a good, old fashioned try :)See how deprived my poor kids are??? This is why I have to hurry up and finish school...so they can do similar tricks on horseback!

How cute! I actuall haven't seen this movie, which still surprises me, but I think it's adorable that your kids act it out like that.
Vote for Pedro.
BTW... it's "sobbin", not "sobin". ;P
Jesterjigger- Go watch it...it's pretty funny in a weird sort of way!
ll- Ahhhhhh....the additional "r" makes all of the difference! I now know what word it is ;)
r? erm... I think that's a "b" actually... ;P
ll- Now what is my excuse for THAT going to be???? The "r" key is no where near the "b" one :)
HOW adorable are your children?!
Believe it or not, I have never seen that movie. I am the only one I know who hasn't seen it...my family thinks I'm weird, lol!
Have a good day sweetie and enjoy your week!
Oh, I need to watch that movie again! I only saw it once and got a kick out of it!
Never heard of that movie, but my kids did similar stuff (still do actually)...but we don't have a paved road, so they have to ride on the small basketball court instead.
Kids are great how they use their imagination if given a chance to be away from video games and TV. :)
Ha,ha! We just watched that the other day. I keep trying to get Whitney to bring me some chapstick but she wont. Says I should just use the nurses. What a sicko! LOL!
Never saw the movie, my 20 year has and thinks it is a bit young.. which I imagine is perfect for the kidlets.
Your kids will be so proud of their mom for going on with her studies!!
