Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Hello!!!!!!!!!
It feels good to be back...I have really missed you guys.....
I have been super busy with life, and like a lot of you, I recently joined Facebook. I thought that it would be easier, and I also thought that it made more sense to connect with people that I actually know, but I miss the comraderie that exists with blogging....
(Eric, Marcus, Michael, and Katie up at Crystal Mtn.)
I miss getting on and reading what all of you are up to, and even if I do not have the time that I once did, I think that I will once again make an effort to blog. We have all been on Christmas break the last two weeks, and I am glad that the semester from HELL is over!!!! Four classes, a 20 per week internship, and a family almost did me in...lol!!!
(My dad/Papa Bryan hitting the slopes with his grandkids) So...can you see that the kidlets have become snowboarders??? They love it. I used to ski, but I do not have the time, or the money, to start back up this year. May and graduation are just around the corner though, right????? Oh and guess what??? We got a new puppy after Thanksgiving. He is a miniature Schnauzer ( I have always wanted one!!!!) and his name is Tucker. I have lots of pics of him, but they are on my other computer (I got a laptop too!!!). (Miss Katie flying by me....)
Amber and I have not had a lot of time to ride this winter, but that is because it has managed to rain on our days off. We did get a nice ride in earlier this week though... (Michael, Eric, and Marcus)
Anyway...I hope that all of you are doing well, and I am going to try to catch up a bit. See you all soon...I promise!!!! :)

Happy New Year & Merry Christmas.
Isn't it funny... I'm on FB too but there is something different with the blogosphere. :)
Can't wait to see Tucker pics... mini Schnauzer's are TOO adorable!
Hi! It's so cool to see your new year blog. I have found that a lot of our favorite bloggers are cutting back. But they all say that they will chick in from time to time, because of the relationships that have been developed thru the blogs. I have to say that i have found the blogs to be a great way to connect with terrific people - like you!
Cant wait to see the puppy - ya gotta love the schnauzer!
So glad to see you. Sounds like you made out well for Christmas.;)
People get mad at me because I don't update my FB regularly. I just tell them to come read the blog-LOL. But I have had some old friends find me on FB, so I'm glad I have it.
Happy New Year!
I have missed you and glad you caught us up some.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and every thing else I have missed.
Hope this year is the best one ever.
So good to see you back! Missed ya!
Can't wait to see pictures of that Mini Schnauzer!! I love those!
I know how crazy busy it gets, with my new job I hardly have time to blog anymore, but I try!! I just love all the new friends I have made.
Sounds like you had a great Christmas, and Happy New Year!!!
Welcome back, Mel! Sounds like you have been busy. It's not a bad thing, living your life! :) It's a new year, and hopefully things will settle down and you'll get in some good horsey time!
Oh, love the snow....wish I could still board. I used to TRY to snowboard, ten years ago. Still have all the gear, but never seem to make it up. Not a cheap sport and all my extra funds go to the horse now! :)
Wishing you and yours a blessed and wonderful 2010!
p.s. word verification: misme. hee! we missed you!
Missed ya!
Thanks for stopping by my blog to let me know you were back again.
We've been so busy, too. I know what it's like, but for me blogging is a deeper connection with others and a way to express myself and journal as well as practice my photography.
I'm on FB, too, but I rarely ever visit because I find it too superficial for my tastes. And way too much advertising, games and cutesy messages.
I just don't have time for that and don't feel like it's a benefit for me.
I love visiting blogs because it's like visiting a blogger's 'home' and catching up with what they're doing, sharing pictures, videos, chatting through comments and e-mail.
It's just 'different' than FB. lol!
Great to hear from you again. Now don't be a stranger!
